Frank Chestnut has over 30 years of experience in production, sales, training, and management. Frank earned his Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University. He has worked in the areas of: Service Industry-Account Management, Paper Industry-Mill Training & Development, and Workforce Development-CI & Management. Frank has been employed at AIDT for the last 15 years, and recently under the Department of Commerce he is the Apprenticeship Alabama Managing Director collaborating RA efforts for Region 1. Frank is a member on the Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association board, Selma-Dallas Industrial Development board, and has served two-terms on Selma City School Board of Education.
Patricia “Patsy” Richards
Patricia “Patsy” Richards has over 20 years of experience in administration, community services, continuous improvement, curriculum development, management, and training. Patsy earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing, Management, and Research from Troy University. Patsy has 16 years of workforce development experience. Her current role as Apprenticeship Alabama Project Manager enables her to facilitate the expansion of Registered Apprenticeships in Regions 5 & 6. Patsy has volunteered more than 15 years to support community programs that serve at-risk youth and underserved citizens in the River Region.
Sherry DeLoach is the former AIDT Ready-to-Work Program Manager of 10 years. She has over 30 years combined experience in State and Federal Workforce Program Development and Training, Community Services Outreach, Workforce Development Instructor, and International Sales. DeLoach graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a minor in Global Human Resource Management from Troy University. She holds an Associate degree in Liberal Arts, graduated cum laude, from Alabama Southern Community College. DeLoach has been employed by AIDT for 12 years. She currently serves as Apprenticeship Alabama Project Manager for the Alabama Department of Commerce, Workforce Development Divisions of Regions 3 and 7. DeLoach volunteers and supports Domestic Violence Programs and Community Services Outreach both of West Alabama
Jessica Falls has over 18 years of experience in Healthcare, Customer Service and Workforce Development. Her educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Technology Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education. Throughout her 13-year tenure with AIDT, she has worked in the areas of: Technical Writing, Curriculum Development, Multimedia and E-learning Design. In her current role as Apprenticeship Alabama Project Manager, she is committed to ensuring the expansion of Registered Apprenticeships in Regions 2 and 4.
